Process:

Fermentation on skin with normal pumpovers upto drying. The two varieties are cofermented or blended later on.

Grape Varietals:

  • 70% Shiraz
  • 30% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes:

Intense dark fruit aromas show depth, starting off a pleasant bouquet. On the palate, this medium-bodied red wine is fresh, lush, with earthy flavours of mocha, pepper and spice. Fine tannins and a long finish.

Food Pairing:

Barbecued meats, medium spicy curries like chicken tikka masala, rajma masala, mutton roganjosh.
