Fermentation on skin with normal pumpovers up to drying. The two varieties are cofermented or blended later on.
70% Shiraz, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon
Intense dark fruit aromas show depth, starting off a pleasant bouquet. On the palate, this medium-bodied red wine is fresh and lush, with earthy flavours of mocha, pepper and spice, fine tannins and a long finish.
Barbecued meats and medium-spicy curries like Chicken Tikka Masala, Rajma Masala, and Mutton Rogan Josh are also good.
