Tasting Notes:

Deep ruby red in colour with an aroma of Blackberry, black plum, ripe cherry, olive, pepper, mocha with hints of spice with Palate of Silky and full-bodied flavors of dark fruit, chocolate, and coffee. Well-balanced tannins lead to a long, smooth finish.

Food Pairing:

Perfect for red meat dishes like steak, roast beef, lamb, hearty stews, and casseroles. Pairs well with hard cheeses like cheddar and parmesan. Surprisingly food-friendly, complements curries like chicken tikka masala and rajma masala.
